1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Teignmouth Vibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or any of its account features, subscription areas, business tools, or notification services.

2. What the service provides

Teignmouth Vibe is a local discovery platform that provides event listings, venue information, business profiles, calendar-style browsing, account tools, notifications, and subscription-gated access to certain pages and features. We may add, remove, or change functionality at any time.

3. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login method, for protecting access to your device, and for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Click logging and analytics

To provide and improve the service we may record contextual information about certain user interactions, including clicks on external links originating from the platform. Clicks are recorded in anonymised form where possible; we may store a hashed identifier to correlate events with an account for abuse prevention and analytics. We will not sell personal data. All collection is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

If you do not wish to be tracked for analytics you should not create an account or use features that require tracking. Some minimal logging is necessary for security, fraud prevention, and operational diagnostics.

5. Proper use and prohibited conduct

You must use the site lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, businesses, or third parties. Improper use includes, without limitation, spamming, scraping, impersonation, uploading malware, circumventing access controls, or using the site for unlawful marketing.

6. Business and event content

Businesses and users submitting events, opening times, images, descriptions, or other content are responsible for ensuring that the material is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may moderate, reject, edit for formatting, remove, or withhold content at our discretion.

7. Subscription plans, upgrades, and admin adjustments

Subscription access is sold in fixed plans. Users with an active 2-week plan may be offered an in-account upgrade path to the 1-year plan by paying the configured plan-price difference shown at checkout. Upgrade eligibility may be limited to active subscriptions and can change if pricing or billing rules are updated.

In support or moderation scenarios, authorised admins may apply free upgrades or manually adjust subscription end dates, including dates outside standard plan lengths. These administrative actions are intended for operational support and are logged internally.

8. Liability and disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep information accurate, listings may be incomplete, outdated, or supplied by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, interruption of service, or damage caused by third-party systems.
